Off the back of a highly energetic re-brand Virgin Media needed their customers to install and setup their own home broadband, phone and television services. Virgin Media needed a new cost-effective way of getting the quality and successes of an engineer into a box.
Colour coded guides, plain English language and moments of humour helped customers connected every time ensuring the last journey touchpoint was one of success rather than calling the complaints number.
